By accessing or using Creator Desk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Docly Apps LLC a limited license to process and store submitted data solely to provide and improve the service.
You agree not to misuse the service, violate law or third-party rights, interfere with platform security, or upload content you do not have rights to use.
Creator Desk may connect to third-party tools and APIs (including social platforms, AI providers, and payment processors). Their terms and policies apply independently.
Paid plans are billed in advance according to the selected plan terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term unless required otherwise by law.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, access may be suspended while the dispute is resolved.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued.
The service is provided "as is." Analysis, scoring, and generated suggestions are informational and should not be treated as legal, financial, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Docly Apps LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of revenue, data, or profits.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or platform misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that disputes will be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
