This policy explains how Docly Apps LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Creator Desk and related services.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account details (such as username and email), uploaded files and transcripts, review outputs, metrics you enter, workflow records, and integration data from connected services such as TikTok.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate the product, run content analysis, improve features, support your workflows, and provide customer support. We may also use aggregated and de-identified information for product quality and service improvement.

4. Third-party processors and integrations

Creator Desk uses third-party services, including infrastructure, AI, analytics, payments, and social platform APIs (such as TikTok). Your use of connected services is also governed by those third parties' terms and privacy practices.

4a. TikTok Shop showcase data

If you connect your TikTok Shop account, Creator Desk reads only your own showcase products — product title, image, price, link, and sold count — to display them inside your private earnings dashboard. This data is visible only to you and, if you are on a team, your team manager; it is never shown publicly, sold, or shared outside your team. We do not request or receive order details, finance data, or any buyer information (no names, addresses, or payment details). Showcase data and access tokens are stored on our United States infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and are deleted when you disconnect your TikTok Shop account.

5. SMS notifications

Registered users may optionally opt in to SMS account notifications (for example, a text when a sale lands on their linked TikTok Shop account). Opt-in requires entering a mobile number and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box on the Notification Preferences page; consent is optional and not a condition of using Creator Desk. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP or updating their notification preferences, and can reply HELP for help. Phone numbers and SMS consent records are used only to deliver these notifications. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Notifications Policy for full details.

6. Data retention

We retain account and workspace data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You can update profile details, disconnect integrations, and request data access or deletion by contacting support. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.

9. Children's privacy

Creator Desk is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date.
